Registrar of Companies Scam Letter sent to Businesses

There's a new scam going out there in the market. Businesses are receiving letters from e-public.co.uk asking them to make payment.
We found out about this from one of the post shared by Andy Steele Owner, 360, Chartered Accountants on professional networking site, LinkedIn.
The letter says, "Go to www.e-public.co.uk and pay for the publication of your company. Lack of payment will result in lack of entry in the Registrar of Companies e-public.co.uk. If you'll look into the letter, you'll straightaway notice that this is some type of a new scam.
Andy rightly mentioned in his post, "One of our clients received this letter today. It's a scam - the only 'register of companies' that matters is the one maintained by Companies House." We have attached the letter below.
