I have been TOGAF certified for 14 years I have been able to absorb and understand the theory and apply it at eight different organisations since 2017 including NatWest bank and Co-op Legal Services. At Places for people in 2019, I worked as the sole Enterprise architect for a £28 million, eighteen month digital transformation for six divisions, covering sixteen areas of the business. Which shows that I am comfortable working with complexity. Whilst at Places for people I had to show that I am able to influence across boundaries, as I had to convince everyone form the technical IT department to the board level members of the need for master data management on the programme. I have recruited and lead solution and technical architects and managed fourteen people at Orbit housing Earlier my career I have worked closely with the delivery of projects being a Solution Architect and team lead at the Skills funding agency
