Senior Technology Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes across HR technology, SaaS, cloud, CRM, finance and operational systems. Most recently led large scale transformation initiatives for Bidvest Noonan, supporting 28,000+ employees across the UK and Ireland, including Dayforce HR, Kallidus LMS, middleware, integrations, data migration, testing, reporting and organisational change. Experienced in managing multiple suppliers, technical teams and senior stakeholders across complex delivery environments. Previous projects include Dynamics 365, Salesforce, cloud migrations, customer portals, mobile applications and integration programmes. Strong background in programme governance, RAID management, planning, vendor management, cutover, testing and business readiness, with a focus on taking complex technology programmes from mobilisation through to successful implementation.
