I'm a Senior Project and Delivery Manager with experience delivering technology and transformation programmes across organisations including GSMA, HSBC and iCIMS. A lot of my experience sits at the intersection of technology, product and business. At GSMA, for example, I led delivery of the Spectrum Interactive Roadmap Tool from the initial RFP and requirements through design, development and deployment into the live environment, working closely with an external technical team and dealing with technologies including Kubernetes and Keycloak. At HSBC, I worked across six product areas and coordinated delivery across multiple teams, including running Agile ceremonies and Scrum of Scrums to manage dependencies and alignment.
