Test & Adoption Lead – Self-Service for Data Analysts Financial Conduct Authority (via Cognizant) | Jan 2026 – Present Brought in to manage QA and adoption for a new self-service platform that lets Analysts load data into the Cloudera warehouse, run transformations & statistical analysis in Python/PySpark rather than in Tableau, and orchestrate jobs through Apache Airflow. ● Wrote the End-to-End Test Strategy, covering Python/PySpark pipelines and Airflow orchestration. ● Designed UAT around different analyst personas rather than one generic script, which caught access-control gaps before go-live that a single script would have missed. ● Acted as a bridge between data analysts, developers and platform admins to keep defect triage moving when issues arose. ● Ran the Go-Live demos and wrote the adoption guides that got the platform used, not just delivered.
