I've been working as a technical automation tester for over 10 years and as a manual software tester for a further 18 years. I've developed API and UI tests for contemporary web applications, designed and conducted disaster recovery testing for Lloyds of London insurance brokers, delivered numerous complex data transformation test projects, and designed and implemented test automation frameworks for legacy applications where documentation was sparse or unavailable.
