Earlier experience at Amazon Development Centre involved quality assurance and testing of Fire devices, including manual testing, Selenium-based automation, wireless/network testing, defect logging, regression testing and root-cause analysis. Additional experience includes requirements gathering, process mapping, business continuity analysis, RTO/RPO assessment, risk analysis, dashboard development, data quality checks and stakeholder reporting. Strong technical capability across SQL, Python, Power BI, DAX, Advanced Excel, SAP, HubSpot CRM, JIRA/Confluence and Selenium. Well suited to Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Systems Analyst and Data Quality contracts.
