Most recently, as Programme Director at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Teaching Trust, I have led one of the Trust's most significant transformation programmes, redesigning outpatient services through digital innovation, operational improvement and organisational change. Working closely with Executive Directors, NHS England, the HWE ICB and clinical leaders, I have delivered measurable improvements including increasing clinic slot utilisation from 75% to 92%, reducing missed outpatient calls from 75% to 10%, implementing a Trust-wide Patient Engagement Portal, digitising patient records, restructuring services affecting more than 400 staff, and contributing to national recognition as an HSJ Awards 2026 finalist for Digital Transformation Organisation of the Year.
