My specialism is test management, an area I have worked in since 2001. I have formed and managed test and defect analysts across disparate locations and managed the testing of all phases of testing across banking / finance and ERP implementations. I have created QA documentation and ways of working standards. I've joined projects at all stages of delivery including those in remediation in order to establish QA order quickly. Using Azure DevOps and Jira Programme Test Manager (2 contracts, 5 years total): Finance - Risk remediation project, HP print solution implementation and resilience (validation of new data centre and migration of applications to new location). Jira, Portfolio Test Manager (permanent, 16 years): Finance - Managed testing of new mortgage and CRM solution, recruitment and management of team.
