Relevant work experience
Senior Project and Programme Manager delivering complex technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity and business transformation initiatives across enterprise and public-sector environments. Recent experience includes leading a CMMC Level 1 & 2 cybersecurity programme, including implementation of a Microsoft GCC High secure environment and establishment of governance and compliance capability. Previous assignments include technology product launches, network and datacentre transformation, cloud and infrastructure migration, customer migrations, vendor transformation and large-scale device deployments. Experienced in end-to-end delivery from initiation and planning through design, implementation, testing, deployment and operational handover. Strong governance background covering RAID, change control, financial management, reporting and executive stakeholder engagement. Previous responsibilities include managing a circa £30M portfolio of approximately 60 concurrent projects and six Project Managers, PMO leadership and Executive Board reporting, third-party/vendor management, commercial and pre-sales support, and delivery across multi-functional technical and business teams.
