I am particularly interested in complex IT transformation programmes where I can combine strategic programme leadership with hands-on delivery. Ideal assignments would involve cloud or infrastructure transformation, migration, service transition, programme recovery, cyber/security, AI-enabled change or wider digital transformation. I enjoy environments with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional technical teams, particularly where strong governance, RAID management, financial control and clear delivery leadership are needed. I am equally comfortable taking ownership of a well-defined programme or stepping into a challenging situation that needs structure, recovery and renewed stakeholder confidence. Strong in programme recovery, governance, RAID, dependency management, financial control, supplier management, executive reporting and senior stakeholder engagement. Experienced in AWS/cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, service transition, Microsoft 365/Copilot and secure client environments.
