Contract Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform developer, delivering systems end to end from requirements through to production. Work has been split between solo delivery, where I own the whole build, and working inside larger delivery teams alongside architects, testers and BAs. Recent engagements include a clinical research system for a healthcare provider — model-driven app plus Power Pages portal handling case report forms and surveys, with approval flows, automated routing and an integrated SharePoint document library. Elsewhere: patient data capture apps and a SharePoint risk management system for a mental health provider; a white-label registration system and portal work for a Microsoft partner; student registration system improvements for a Russell Group university; a canvas app replacing a business-critical spreadsheet for another university; and a full D365 CE, Power Pages and Omnichannel build with staff training for a national victim support charity. Earlier contract work covers central government departments including DWP, CPS and the Office for Nuclear Regulation, plus housing, automotive and NHS commissioning support. Core stack: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, SharePoint, JavaScript, Azure. Solution design, systems integration, data migration and stakeholder-facing requirements work. Active UK SC clearance. Contracting through my own limited company, outside IR35.
