I have over 15 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence and reporting, most recently working at Three UK as a Lead Data Analyst/BI professional. I developed and enhanced reporting and analytics solutions supporting major network deployment programmes, including 4G and 5G rollout. I used Power BI, SQL, Databricks and Excel to create dashboards, KPI reporting and automated processes, helping stakeholders monitor performance and make informed decisions. A key part of my role involved bringing together data from multiple sources, identifying data quality issues, reconciling discrepancies and implementing validation controls to improve the reliability of reporting. I worked closely with senior stakeholders, Finance, PMO, Operations and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical data solutions. Previously, at Signature Senior Lifestyle, I developed SQL data models, Power BI dashboards and automated management reporting across operational, financial and healthcare data. I also hold an MSc in Data Analytics, where I developed further experience in statistical analysis, predictive modelling and machine learning.
