Professional profile

I am an adaptable and outcomes-driven Senior Solution Architect with over 23 years of independent experience delivering practical solutions for complex enterprise environments. My multi-sector expertise, based in both IT and OT, spans Utilities (Water and Energy), Manufacturing, Clinical Technology and Financial Services. I have a proven track record of designing and governing solutions for global corporate expansions, major transformations and operating model changes, M&A / divestments / carve-outs and migrations. Adept at working across Enterprise, Solution, Application and Infrastructure domains with deep experience aligning solutions to business strategy, I have provided governance, produced architecture artefacts (Conceptual / High Level Designs) and shaped projects. I am confident in leading architecture workstreams and engaging stakeholders from C-level to Delivery teams under Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project methodologies, in both normal and regulated environments (e.g. ONR, Ofgem, Ofwat/DWI).
