I am a senior IT Service Management professional with a track record of helping organisations design, implement, and continuously improve their service management capabilities. With experience spanning service delivery, operational leadership, and consultancy, I bring both the strategic perspective to shape Target Operating Models and governance frameworks, and the hands-on expertise to make them work in practice. Over my career I have led ITSM functions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — from large-scale industry transformation programmes such as the £1bn+ MHHS initiative at Elexon, to building service management practices from the ground up within growing businesses. I operate effectively across senior stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams, consistently delivering measurable improvements in service performance, governance, and operational effectiveness. I hold ITIL v4 Managing Professional and ITIL v3 Expert qualifications, alongside Certified Agile Service Manager and PRINCE2, and bring deep practical experience with ServiceNow and a wide range of ITSM platforms.
