Senior Infrastructure Project Manager with extensive contract experience delivering complex data centre, cloud, network and infrastructure transformation programmes. Currently leading network transformation delivery for Newcastle University through Roc Technology, coordinating architects, engineers, security teams, suppliers and stakeholders across discovery, design, implementation, testing and cutover. Previously led global infrastructure transformation at TR Fastenings, including closure of a legacy data centre, migration of hosted systems to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 delivery, and transition from SAP to Dynamics 365. At Nasstar, delivered post-merger infrastructure integration and consolidation, including closure of high-cost UK data centres, technology platform consolidation, network rationalisation and supplier management. At Redcentric, led a £10m data centre transformation with a 15-person UK/India team, delivering 20+ infrastructure migration events and 300 carrier circuit migrations. Also delivered physical and virtual data centre migrations and a 3,000+ circuit core network consolidation. Earlier experience at VocaLink includes infrastructure project delivery within high-availability UK payments environments, including data centre readiness and Faster Payments migration activity. Strong hands-on experience across project planning, budgets, RAID, dependencies, suppliers, technical resources, migration/cutover, governance and operational handover.
