Built the team from ~100+ to ~900+ across global locations and achieved cost savings with no impact to delivery commitments. • Led the Data Centre migration of from On-Prem Infrastructure to GCP, delivering within a 6-month timeline, ensuring seamless transition and meeting all the financial outcomes. • Successfully lead the programme to deliver customer-controlled network traffic & bandwidth management capabilities to enhance availability, performance and experience. • Delivered the programme transformation roadmap for Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Product Suite- enabling significant revenue growth (~€114m) by customer onboarding • Initiated, lead and delivered a strategic programme ‘Bring Your Own Device’ (BYOD) to corporate customers. • Led concurrent global programmes across development, transformation, and support services in an outsourcing delivery model • Delivered an IT transformation programme for integrating applications across 60 countries post-merger of two large logistics organisations
