Senior Programme and Project Manager with over 20 years delivering complex enterprise IT and transformation programmes across consulting, telecoms, pharmaceuticals and public health. Delivery experience spans Cognizant, Cisco, Vodafone, Novartis and WHO-affiliated programmes, working with globally distributed and offshore teams. Core track record covers AI and GenAI adoption, cloud migration, ITSM consolidation and service transition, and application and data platform delivery in regulated environments. Comfortable owning the full lifecycle: business case and scope, planning and RAID, vendor and SLA oversight, budget and resource control, governance reporting to senior stakeholders, and benefits realisation. Recent work includes leading AI and GenAI delivery initiatives, Power BI semantic model modernisation for a WHO-affiliated health research programme, and a GDPR and data-governance risk assessment for a member association. Works across Agile, Scrum and hybrid waterfall governance. Based in Canterbury and available for London and UK-wide assignments, on site or hybrid.
