T Project / Delivery Manager with 12+ years' contracting experience delivering technology change for major UK organisations across Retail, Energy, Utilities, Travel and other enterprise environments. Recent experience includes leading large-scale end-user and retail technology modernisation programmes, including Windows 11, laptop and hardware replacement, SOTI MDM migrations, handheld devices, POS/store technology and infrastructure deployments across 200+ retail locations. Responsible for delivery planning, suppliers, budgets, RAID, testing, rollout, service transition and BAU handover. Currently leading a Rubrik Backup & Recovery programme covering AWS, Active Directory and critical business applications, including recovery capability, technical readiness, commercial/procurement activity and delivery governance. Previous programmes include Oracle Fusion Finance and retail technology at Tesco; Oracle EBS, SnapFulfil WMS and MuleSoft integration at SGN; major Energy sector transformation at SmartestEnergy; enterprise MDM involving approximately 150m records at TUI; and ERP, mobile/handheld and integration programmes. Experienced in taking ownership of complex or troubled projects, establishing governance and delivery plans, managing senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers, and driving programmes from discovery and proof of concept through implementation, deployment and operational handover.
