Particularly interested in complex software and technology transformation programmes where I can take ownership of delivery, governance, stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams from discovery through implementation. Open to UK-wide remote/hybrid engagements, with a preference for North East-based opportunities and flexible travel where required. Interested in both defined project/SOW engagements and longer-term transformation programmes requiring experienced delivery leadership.

18+ years across IT delivery, project/programme management and digital transformation, including senior consulting and leadership roles with responsibility for international client portfolios and distributed delivery teams. Currently providing independent IT consulting and delivery leadership through Nexus Node Systems Ltd, supporting software, digital transformation and technology engagements across the UK, USA and Middle East. Experience includes delivering 30+ software and transformation initiatives, managing portfolios of 25+ concurrent projects, and leading web, mobile, ecommerce, enterprise and SaaS implementations from discovery through production. Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, requirements and discovery workshops, roadmap planning, Jira/Confluence, UAT, release governance, API/system integration, cloud platforms, supplier management, resource planning, risk/dependency management and executive stakeholder reporting.
