Over 14 years' experience delivering complex digital, cloud, infrastructure and business transformation projects across Central Government, policing and regulated sectors. Successfully managed end-to-end project delivery from business case and discovery through to implementation and operational handover, leading multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders. Delivered a £1.6m portfolio of application modernisation and infrastructure projects for the Metropolitan Police Service, led governance and Discovery for Defra's CVLNT Decommissioning Programme, managed Microsoft Dynamics 365 data migration for City of London Police, and delivered cloud, service transition and digital transformation programmes for the Home Office, NS&I, NEST and Network Rail. Experienced in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery with strong expertise in project governance, RAID management, budget control, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, risk and dependency management, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, consistently delivering technology and business change programmes within complex multi-supplier environments.
