CTO and fractional technology leader with experience across banking, fintech, financial services and SaaS. Currently responsible for technology strategy, architecture, supplier selection, security, data, AI, operational resilience and delivery across several growing businesses, including a new UK bank. My work includes defining target architectures and technology roadmaps, selecting and managing core platforms and technology partners, designing cloud and integration architectures, supporting regulatory and due diligence activity, managing cyber security and technology risk, and leading data and automation initiatives. I work closely with executive teams, product, operations, compliance, suppliers and engineering teams from initial requirements through to implementation and production. Earlier experience includes enterprise architecture, solution architecture and business analysis across complex transformation programmes. Technologies and platforms include AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, APIs, PostgreSQL, data platforms, SaaS platforms, identity and access management, CRM, payments and banking systems.
