20+ years across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, architecture and technology transformation, progressing from hands-on engineering into senior architecture and technical leadership roles. Recent work focuses on enterprise AI and AI platform architecture in regulated financial services. This includes designing and enabling GPU-based AI environments using NVIDIA technologies, Databricks and AWS; engineering a custom containerised runtime based on NVIDIA NeMo/AutoModel; and building Databricks-compatible bootstrap/init scripts to reproduce validated NVIDIA/NeMo software stacks on GPU clusters. This work covered dependency resolution, CUDA/GPU compatibility, internal artifact repositories, runtime validation, security constraints, cluster reproducibility and production-readiness across enterprise AI environments. AI application architecture experience includes agentic AI, LLM/RAG systems, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop controls and AI governance. Delivered production-oriented AI solutions for financial services and insurance, including retrieval and underwriting intelligence platforms, AI evaluation/quality-control capabilities and reusable AI platform services. Extensive cloud and platform background across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, CI/CD and DevOps, together with enterprise architecture, technical programme delivery, stakeholder management and vendor engagement. Comfortable operating from detailed engineering and troubleshooting through solution/platform architecture, design authority, transformation planning and senior stakeholder leadership.
