Job description
This role will focus on redefining business processes, shaping a new operating model - With a focus on how the organisation can better support its teams.
You’ll be working across:
• Future-state operating model & process design
• Working closely with BAs and senior stakeholders
• Mentoring/Training Senior BAs
Experience required:
• Enterprise-level Business Architecture experience
• Must be comfortable operating at a strategic level within complex Agile transformation environments
• Strong understanding of Agile Value Chains and value-driven delivery
• Ideally some experience training Senior BAs
• Pretty agnostic on work background (FS, retail, public, private, etc), it's much more about the right culture fit
