Job description
We are looking for a highly delivery-focused Cyber Project Manager to lead a complex global transformation programme. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable operating in fast-moving and challenging environments. You will bring structure to a complex programme, drive multiple workstreams forward and personally get into the detail when required. The environment is Cyber Security, but strong Cyber or broader IT transformation experience will be considered. Global project experience is essential, with service transition experience a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of a complex global Cyber/IT transformation project.
- Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple countries, teams and business functions.
- Own project budgets, financial tracking and reporting.
- Develop project documentation including operating processes, service documentation, role specifications and organisational structures.
- Drive workstreams and stakeholders to agreed outcomes and timelines.
- Support the transition of services, teams and capabilities into new operating structures.
- Identify delivery issues quickly and take ownership of resolving them.
- Provide clear programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong track record delivering large, complex Cyber Security or IT transformation projects.
- Significant global project delivery experience.
- Highly hands-on Project Manager who is comfortable working at both strategic and detailed delivery levels.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, governance and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience working in complex and challenging transformation environments.
- Ability to create structure and drive delivery where processes and responsibilities are not fully established.
- Cyber Security experience is highly desirable.
- Service transition or global transition experience is a strong advantage.
