If you’re considering Umbrella employment you will be paid a PAYE rate, the uplifted or Ltd rate as it is also known is paid to the Umbrella company to cover employment costs as the Agency/ Client is passing on the employment liabilities to the Umbrella company whilst you are employed by us. (This is not as sometimes advertised additional income).
